What is your return policy?
Alluro offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all our products. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from delivery date. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed after the product has been inspected and found to be undamaged. We do not charge restocking fees.
How long does shipping take?

What if I gave wrong address?
Don't worry mistakes happen, but in this scenario you need to act quick. Our processing time is 1-3 business days, so as long as we haven't handed over your order to the shipping carrier we can still change your shipping address. If this is the case, please send us an email to help@alluroshop.com with your order number as soon as possible so we can update your address.

What if product is damaged?
